CPT (CA) Debbie Tuttle who herself serves in the California State Military Reserves as a Medical Officer is the mother of PFC Keith M. Williams who was KIA 7-24-14 in Afghanistan while serving in the US Army, 4th Infantry Division, 1-12th. Red Warriors - Dog Company, Fort Carson, CO. The truck belonged to Keith who was a Visalia, California native. Debbie inspired us to honor Keith with a lasting tribute to Keith and to all our military that are serving troops as well as veterans. Debbie displayed the truck in the Tulare Veteran’s Day Parade, November 5th 2016.
